Credit Cards
Bank charges will apply to all reservations paid for both international and domestic credit cards.
Tax
Current taxes for the state will apply for accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
Confirmation of your reservation is extremely important. Any cancellation made after confirmation of reservation should be done 72 hours before the arrival date.
Weekly and monthly Rentals
We offer discounts of 10% and 40% on all our room rates if rented for a week or month respectively. We are happy to work with you to find a perfect solution for your long stay.
Note
To book a room or apartment for long stay, a security deposit will be required.
